RETURN POLICY

We are happy when you are happy. And we are determined to make the most of your customer experience when visiting our website.

If you are not pleased with one or more of our products, for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days after you receive it.

We would be pleased if you follow these for your returns:
Product must be purchased in less than 35 days.
Product must not be worn, washed or damaged.
Please ensure that products have all their tags on when you’re returning.

In short if you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, please feel free to return it within 30 days after your purchase.

Yorstruly is not responsible for any lost returns. Please make sure to send your returns with proof of delivery and a tracking number. We currently cannot deliver any return label for our global shipments. For the time being our customers will be responsible for the return shipment costs. To minimize the return, we will be at your service through email and also instagram page, to answer all your questions regarding, the fabric, the fit and the size of the items that you’d like to purchase.

Items purchased by cash transactions or credit card and that meet the return policy above; can be credited to a gift card as well, upon your request. Please make sure to send us a note, regarding your request for a gift card, via e-mail at connect@yorstruly.com

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) or by coupons will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment method.

Yorstruly has the right to cancel any purchase which is in excessive quantities.

Return payments are made on the first Wednesday of the week, once the product is received by yorstruly warehouse. The reimbursed amount reaches you either on the same day or within 5-7 days depending on the bank of your credit card. If your return is delayed please send us an e-mail at connect@yorstruly.com. Your e-mail will be answered within 48 hours and we’ll make sure the return process is speeded up.


EXCHANGES

At the moment we cannot offer exchanges for our global customers. Please consider the items that you’d like to exchange as return items and follow our return policy steps above. Once you send these items as returned items, please visit our shopping tab for your new orders.
